A saturday

It's almost two months since I left Karlskrona to spend the summer in Berlin. Didn't know by then that I would be interning at EyeEm and therefore totally overestemated the amount of time I'd have for photographing/writing. Luckily I prepared some posts before leaving, so here we go.

Due to the combination seagulls + sun, my days in Karlskrona often started no later than 7 am the last month. The swedish national day was of course no exception even though it was a saturday.

After doing important stuff, such as laundery and preparing lunch boxes (certainly do not miss the fancy student life) I walked towards school, which is a 2 minute walk and looks a bit like this.

On the field behind school some of my classmates had gathered for picnic and sports activities like Kubb. I remember we all agreed that summer was finally here, which feels weird writing now since it's almost coming to an end...

Ashley showed up and looked so damn fabulous.

After many if's and buts, David and Joel decided to take a swim. I was quite alright just observing from distance.

Quite fine first day of summer.
